A cool climate Shiraz from South Australia which undergoes low temperature distillation to remove the alcohol. A unique blend of natural extracts from Tasmanian Pepperberry and vanilla rich oak is added. The delicate extraction of the finishing ingredients is what gives it a blend that has more intricate layers of flavour and texture than all other de-alc red wines available.
Red wine has such a distinct and unique quality that cannot be found with simple addition of sugar or flavour. This red wine has the characteristics and complexity of a dry red wine, minus the alcohol and virtually zero sugar. The sugar level is below 1g per glass, without any overbearing acidity or lack of fruit flavour.
